White Horse Funding is a national leader in structured settlement and lottery prize payments by way of originators of wholesale, forward purchase agreements and portfolio acquisitions.

Underwriting

White Horse Funding thoroughly underwrites all transactions prior to purchase. Our goals are to identify and avoid fraudulent transactions or receivable purchases that may be subject to legal challenge.

Structuring

The receivables, rated by various agencies such as Standards and Poors, are pooled and securitized by utilizing asset-backed commercial paper vehicles. Unrated pools are purchased by private investors.

Servicing

With a combined 55 years of structured settlement experience, our industry best servicing department provides a multitude of services with one goal in mind; to protect our Investors interest.

Originations

When purchasing receivables, all are approved by senior mgmt prior to the acquisition from an originator, providing an extra layer of protection for an institutional counterparty.
